4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Payment and Billing

All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.

Interest-free installment plans are available for select treatments upon approval.

6. Refund & Payment Policy

Full Payment at Service: All treatments must be paid in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements (such as an installment plan) have been approved.

Deposits: Certain procedures (e.g., dental implants, orthodontic treatments) may require a non-refundable depositto secure your booking and cover initial costs.

Refunds for Canceled Appointments:

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will reschedule at no extra cost or apply your payment as a credit toward future services.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or partial payment.Completed Services: Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed or partially completed.

Treatment Plans: If you discontinue a multi-session treatment plan, any unused sessions may be eligible for partial credit at the clinic’s discretion.

Installment Plans: Patients who default on installment plans will be required to pay the balance in full before additional treatment is provided.

7. Health Information and Consent

Patients are required to provide accurate medical and dental history before treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may increase risks and limit treatment options.
